Rachel Thomas, has been practicing for over 10 years and is licensed in both Arizona and California as a Marriage and Family Therapist. She has worked with a wonderfully diverse population experiencing various life stressors such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and personal growth issues. Rachel is an American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) Approved Supervisor and has provided supervision to many other practicing professionals as they progress forward in obtaining their license.

Rachel's private practice is located in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, she focuses on relationships and how we interact with the people in our world. Rachel has the ability to connect to her clients of all ages including teenagers, young adults, couples at various places in their relationship, and the older adult population. Rachel specializes in infertility/reproductive care, grief and loss, and couple's therapy. She also works with other life changing issues such as depression, trauma, and self growth. Rachel is also an Adjunct Instructor at Ottawa University. She worked as the Field Placement Coordinator for the Graduate Counseling Department as well as coordinating the Marriage and Family Therapy Concentration as the Professor in Charge. Currently, Rachel teaches both undergraduate psychology as well as graduate counseling courses both online and at the Phoenix Campus.

She is actively involved with New Song Center for Grieving Children and Those Who Love Them, as a trainer and member of the Program Committee. She is also on the Professional Advisory Group of RESOLVE, the National Infertility Association,
